With the wind forecast to increase and become more gusty we aimed for short races in the hope that we would get one or two in before people started having to retire. A beautiful sunny day with perfect conditions allowed us one race before the wind picked up as though a switch had been flicked and the race had to be abandoned after multiple capsizes.
Good to have Dave Metcalfe’s Streaker back on the water, and Jo has discovered the joy and exhilaration of planing!
