Given the forecast for Sunday a (democratic) decision was taken to reschedule racing to Saturday which gave us sunshine and light to moderate winds, an excellent turnout, and a perfect end to the season. Many thanks to Steve as safety boat helm and Neil for stepping in to crew on Merlin as Chris Spicer wasn’t able to make Saturday, and to David Edwards for taking race times from the race office. And of course Sue for pie and peas afterwards in lieu of the BBQ. We look forward to seeing folk at the AGM (1 Nov) and Christmas party /prizegiving (29 November).
